Subscription Payments
If a user subscribes to AVA premium features, subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
Stripe handles all payment card processing. AVA does not collect or store full payment card numbers. AVA does not receive CVV codes or full payment credentials.

Retailer Purchases
When AVA assists with purchases from supported retailers, such as Amazon:
During checkout automation, AVA may detect masked identifiers displayed by the retailer interface, such as "Card ending in 1234." AVA may reference these masked identifiers to ask the user which saved payment method or shipping address they wish to use.
However, AVA cannot access full card numbers, cannot access CVV codes, and does not store retailer payment credentials. All payment authorization occurs directly within the retailer's secure systems.

AVA uses cryptographically generated identifiers and salted hashing to associate sessions with anonymous or pseudonymous usage records. AVA does not store raw session identifiers in analytics events. IP addresses are hashed before storage when retained for abuse prevention and are omitted entirely from analytics events. AVA applies rate limiting, encryption in transit, and access controls to protect user data.
