Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for subscriptions and paid AVA features processed through our payment provider. It also summarizes how we treat credits and usage-based purchases. The full Terms of Service (including the Refund Policy section) applies.

Subscriptions (Stripe)

Ava offers subscription-based access to premium features. Payments are processed via Stripe.

2. Refunds

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:

5. Third-Party Product Purchases

Ava does not handle product purchases from retailers. All product-related refunds, returns, or disputes must be handled directly with the retailer.

Credits and usage-based purchases

Credits and similar digital balances are consumed when you use certain features. Credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where we verify a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or a verified service failure, or where required by law.

If you believe credits failed to deliver or were charged in error, contact support@ava-shops.com with your account identifier, date and amount, and details. We may ask for timestamps, error messages, or steps to reproduce.

For billing concerns, contact support before initiating a chargeback; abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
